I see PD Howler has a wonderfull assortment of premade textures and particles for painting nature scenes, but what about urban/futuristic/modernday scenes?

Hi - anybody know why PD Howler 10 suddenly won't run in Windows 10 after the Oct. update? I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it still won't load. I don't even get to a front screen. All I get is a small window that says an error occurred. No number or explanation. ...

Is there no way to save an actual project so all created/stored images (layers, etc) are saved in a single file? (Like a GIMP XCF file?)

Oh my! Where do I even begin with all the glitches and crashes? Animation menu / Timeline / Press Apply button .... Program CRASH (very easily repeatable crash too!) Animation menu / Timeline / Create Keyframe / No keyframe created. *glitch*. I used the
