Trackpad right click not working [fixed]

I usually play Hammerfight when I don't have access to an external mouse, so I have to use my Apple trackpad instead. I use "right corner" right click, and when I started playing against recently I noticed that I could no longer right click in the game. I struggled to find a solution for awhile, even experimenting with macro programs etc. Just wanted to post the very simple solution I discovered here, in case this problem ever happens to someone else: turn off multi mouse in the Hammerfight options menu.

I'm honestly pretty embarrassed to admit that this happened to me; the solution was idiotically simple. But maybe making my stupidity public will help some other dolt in the future.

I've had some issues with multimouse before, but never anything like this. I'll keep it in mind for the future though, thanks!
