[Linux] Resultion detection issue

So this is a pretty simple issue, I have 2 monitors and the game starts up on the default monitor which is the left one but it sets the resultion to fill up both monitors so im only getting half of the screen. I can't set the resultion because the options to change it are on the other screen which I can't click on since the game is only on the first monitor.

Nvidia GT440 GPU
Driver 310.14
Ubuntu 12.10

Please opt into privatebeta for Sam3 and then run the game because it fixes a lot of multimonitor issues. First time, it will most likely start on both monitors because that was the previous working configuration. You will then be able to switch to your native resolution in the options. Also, you can use alt+enter to switch from fullscreen to windowed mode.
