This achievements is easy to get. Just damage him until (25% or less) health left, then use your bracelet to rip off his head(hold bracelet button down until fully charged around the enemies head). There are more kunum's after the first intro one later on. But the fist one is easy because there are no other enemies after you.

You can't. You also don't need to damage Khnums, you can just rip its head of right away, but needs at least two people.
