Custom difficulty setting
If you played the game on custom difficulty, what was the hardest challenge you gave yourself?
I beat the game with following options:
Serious difficulty
No armor pickups
Enemies have 25% more health
Infinite ammo

I justed started a run on Mental with enemies 200% power and no power ups. So beat the first level but so far so good. I've already beat the entire game on Serious so i figured this is the next level for me!
