game crashes after selecting campaigns other then south america
any way to fix this?

Do you mean the TFEHD Egypt levels? Under any case, do a cache verification. maybe some corrupt or old Gro files or steam cloud sync issue. If after cache verification there is still problem, post the log files here and Solais or some of the devs will look into it.
