Hi, i cannot get past sending hero creation request just loading forever and nothing happens My input data is correct thanks

I am playing on windows 10, after about 2-3 minutes playing the game, it just closes. No error message, nothing, game just disappears. I have GTX 670, 16GB RAM, i7 3770K CPU.
