Lowest possible completion percentage?

I just managed to get 51% on a quick run just now. How low can we go?

Edit: I've only managed 31% so far, but it feels like it can go lower.

Edit #2: Now got it to 28% but still making mistakes.

40% on a first attempt. May have a practice at that precision platforming when I have a chance and once I've memorised the routes, though. :D

Low% speedruns are pretty cool to watch i'd really suggest you try and explore it further to show off more of this awesome little game!

This is exactly the contest that occurred to me. I'm not interested in speed runs but this looked better. I did 48% without trying, then 39% in my first serious attempt. I'm delighted to see that others did better than me.

lowest percentage for getting to the yellow beam
lowest percentage for collecting all the cubes
lowest percentage for getting to the yellow beam and collecting all the cubes
