Three outsider shrines in Edge of the World?

I just started my high chaos corvo run and the stat screen at the end of the mission shows that I found 2/3 Outsider shrines and 10/12 runes even though everywhere it says there are only two shrines. Anyone else got this? I also made a screenshot if anyone is interested.

Did you accept any power? There is an outsider shrine in the void.

Yes I did, I got the void shrine and the other one that I know from my first play in the heretics house.

I didn't have that problem in chapter 2, but at the end of chapter 3 it gave totals that were double what was actually in the level.

Got the same bug after Dust District/A Crack in the Slap, the Game counted the Collectables double i think the Coins 3x ^^ got around 1700/5400 o0 ^^

same happened to me, was wandering if I would get the '11th' rune and '3rd' shrine if I had gone the low chaos route. Still missing 800ish coins too!
