low fps on good pc?

I get 15 - 35 fps on my 750ti and A6-6400K (16gb)
Help? I tried putting vsync on.... didnt help much.

warframe with vsync: 30 fps stuttery
warframe without: 30-60 fps

As I said I had it off and it made no difference on gmod

Hmm. Well that shouldn't be causing problems on it's own. Any errors created by the addons? Stuttering when you spawn an addon?

Alot of pcs cant run Gmod no matter what but the last post can help
