Remove Red Death Effect?

Hi.

So I was just wondering if there was a way to remove the red death effect when you die normally from getting killed?

This is kind of a stupid question, but if you have an answer to it I would really appreciate it.

There is probably a sollution, but you might have to mess around with the game files quite a bit.
