Yellow cicle? how do i get rid of it!?

Sriosly I got this annoying yellow circle in the mideal of my sscrean when playing garrys mod. Its like a cross site. How do I get rid of it? Calm down all you idiots. Type in the developer console(options -> keyboard -> Advanced) "exec undo360controller" without quotes(assuming you're using mouse and keyboard)

Dude, I have the same problem, and I tried a bunch of crap, like deleting all my gmod files, and unsubbing from my addons.
The yellow crosshair is different from the regular white one in a sense that its under another file, so example, if I get a gun mod that changes the gmod crosshair, this one stays around the gun mod crosshair.
Nothing seems to work.

It's sort of like someone glued the yellow circle onto my screen, because it stays there no matter what, aside from the pause menu and the prop menu.

I tried the exec undo360controller thing, and it says "undo360controller not present; not executing". The game reads undo360controller as if theres an onbject called "undo360controller". It doesnt read it as a means to undo a connected 360 controller.
