Garry please read this...
What happened is that now when I kill certain NCPs, they just stand up in a T stance instead of dying properly. Also before I used to spawn playermodels ragdolls, but now they too are in a T stance and can't even be picked up. I read this discussion from a guy with the same problem, and one of the commenters said that somehow that's happeing because those certain ragdolls have purposely been tuned into props. I don't know if it's your fault or some kind of problem, but all I'm asking is that you just fix it so that they can be ragdolls again.

Step 1. Fix it your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ self.

Step 2. If you can't, look and see if anyone else is experiencing this.

Step 3. If everyone has this problem, Garry can probly fix it.

Step 4. ???

@ Maybe... No I tried and can't fix it, but yes, other people are experiencing the problem and Step 3 is Garry's will, not mine.
