Friends cant join my server says "Server not responding" What to fix it?

so when my friend tries to join my gmod server it says Server not responding. is there any way to fix this??

Open your ports. also 128 players option doesn't work for me if your using that

Register at Garry's forum, Facepunch.com, Then ask in support or gaemodes.

This is because, as sixty-two said, your ports aren't opened. It's a fairly long process and you cant do it without knowing your ip password. Google how to do it, tons of results.
