Garry's Mod crash, no definite reason

Heres the issue:

Gmod loads up for me perfectly fine, but after about 5 minutes of being in-game (single player or multiplayer) the game will crash whenever I undo something (Pressing Z). The game immediately closes out with no visible error/notice..... However, I went into my Garry's mod folder and found over 10 of these files:

hl2_130914_crash_2013_12_2T15_48_34C0 (This is a MDMP file) I have no way of opening up this file. Any ideas?

**I have tried re-installing the game, verifying the game cache AND completely deleting my Add-ons folder. None of this has worked at all.

Myself and others I know are also having similar problems. I think I heard that a recent update messed things up and it should be fixed soon.

My problem is sort of like this, it starts, after a bit it crashes. The next update isnt too far away, so dont worry.
