Garry's Mod ~ Can't Spawn Items On Sandbox ~ [SOLVED]

Hello There! I need some help. Whenever I play Garrys Mod, more specifically Sandbox mode. It wouldn't let me spawn anything or it wouldn't let me change categorys. I have done some research and haven't found a solution.

Here is a well explained solution by "A Turkey Sandwich".
"A single, simple google search could have fixed all of your problems. Next time, try to look around yourself before going and asking for peer-on-peer help. Usually, this is caused by either the 'Q' key interfering with your trackpad (built in laptop mouse), or interfering with your mouse, wired or not."

Are you in a different gamemode or do you have a bad add-on?

No im in sandbox i checked to make sure.

idk if i have a bad addon how do i check?

Maybe an add-on then. I'm sure there are addons to not allow building?

Go to the main menu and click addons

the only addon i have is prop hunt

And you are positive the game mode you are in is sandbox?

yes im positive.

Did you restart the server after changing to sandbox

[Nico]

what server i was playing singleplayer?

It still makes a server. Hit disconnect, and restart with the gamemode selected to sandbox.

still dosent work this problem started when i first got garry's mod (yesterday)

How are you spawning things? Holding q?

holding q and click on the thing i wanna spawn
