Spawnmenu (Q) Freezes my Gmod

Everytime I enter a game (singleplayer or multiplayer) and the first time I pull up my spawnmenu, (Q), my game freezes for a period of time. I think this is due to me moving prop spawn icons around, but I've never seemed to find out how to fix it or find a tutorial on how to fix it. Can somebody please help me w/ this? (If there is already a discussion about this, post a link pls)

I think It's just the game loading the menu. Since there's a lot to load, it takes a minute. It happens to me. You can probably fix it by uninstalling mods so it won't have as much to load.

I've removed a large amount of my addons and it didnt work, removed even more, still didnt work.

It won't work fully, but it should still be faster than it was when you had more addons

True but im looking to get rid of it completly, is there somthing else I can do too?

same for me but trust me there is no way to completely get rid of it
