My Garry's Mod keeps crashing for no apparent reason

Lately, my Garry's mod has been crashing a lot when i've been playing for around the 20-30 minute mark. My graphic settings are on low and I don't have too many addons. It doesn't even say why my game has crashed! I'm playing on a mac, here's my specs:

Processor: 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

On my computer, there is a total of 500GB, and there's only 100 Left. As for what kind of mods I have, its just all around. Playermodels, Weapons, and Maps. And yes, my computer usually heats up, lol.

This is happening with me too my computer have 300GB space and there is just 178 GB left and i have a bunch of addons
