Can't remove maps from my Garry's Mod Stage List

So I have some stages that are hanging around in my selection screen when I open up Gmod. stages that have either long since been removed from the workshop or ones that I have unsubscribed from... is there any way I can delete them?

I already tried uninstalling gmod and reinstalling. it didn't work. the stages are still there

Sometimes gmod doesn't uninstall the gmas from your game, I believe if you type gma_cleanup or something like that, maybe cleanup_gmas it will remove unsubbed addons. Also, they could've have saved to the maps folder in your gmod main folder. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps follow that path and check there.

I figured it out, the same thing happend to me. Direct to your Garrys Mod Folder. Garrys Mod> Download> Maps. Delete everything in there. Restart the Game. Good to go.
