Russian text in menu shows in squares Linux

Linux beta. With Russian language selected game menu shows squares instead of letters (New game, options, exit etc) - looks like a kind of missing font problem or incorrect encoding. English is ok.

obviously we don't have need fonts but how to find what font it needs?

+1, use Chinese fonts

I can reproduce this problem for the Chinese display language, by installing the WenQuanYi Zen/Micro Hei font doesn't work.
