Radios in Portal

On Sat 6th of April 2013 i reinstalled portal 1 on windows 8, when i started it up the menu was a small room with the cake and radio then when i started playing i began finding radios with red lights on them through out the game. What does this mean ?

The radios are easter eggs for people who really liked Portal. They have encoded messages that show Portal 2 and some of them have Morse code.
