PS3 Portal 2 downloaded

i bought portal 2 last week from the PSN Store and downloaded it but i can't figure out how to get it on my PC can you guys help

You can't put games from the PSN OR the X-Box store to your PC.

I think it only works with a physical copy of the game when my buddy got his ps3 version from gamestop it came with a steam code.

I'm not sure, but I think it you have to press select while in the game, and it'll do the Steam overlay or something. If that happens, I think you can link your Steam to your PSN.
