WHY?

When I touch the water in Portal, I die immediately.
I should be alive for 3 seconds and then die. Why this happens? (I have tried re-downloading, but it didn't help)

Does it matter? It's not like you can survive with those 3 extra seconds. Does it affect any other part of the game?

I just had to restart Steam and my PC. By the way, I died from turrets, too... But anyway. Problem fixed! ;)

Yes you can, I'm often able to jump out of the water and into a portal on certain chambers.

That's what I do on Chamber 11 in my speedruns. :)

The fix is 'skill 1' to the console btw.
