Broken Achievements

Hey there. Got a question for you all; currently, two of the achievments involving the Bonus Maps in Portal have their progress bars filled up, but i never got the achievements. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, does anyone know how to fix it, short of holding Gaben at gunpoint?

I actually had my basic science achievement broken, because I played with the dev commentary mode on and it didn't unlock the achievement. What you need to do is to delete the gamestate.txt in your files, try to complete 1 challenge again, and it should work.
