Based on some feedback and general house keeping we now have the following:

Full Screen Now available - Press Alt+ Enter. Maintains same resolution but at full screen level - In Testing Phase!
Encounters decreased for intro sequence forest.
Steam Cards, Backgrounds and emoticons have been sent for review so watch this space!
Story progression: A new full scene is now added.
Finally, the game will now show a message when you have reached the end to what is currently playable.

More to come in time.

Dev live Q&A - If there is enough interest.

Greetings fellow knights of the Vanir,

Want to ask a question about the game or it's development and have it answered live?

Such as: How come it's taking soo long? or why is Clarence such a moody so and so in the game?

Then come along to the live Q&A this Saturday 13th July 1700BST.

Soft Release on Steam!

Well I finally gave up the ghost on getting this journey finished.

Hopefully you can enjoy it for what it is, I still maintain that one day it will be finished, but for now this is where we are at.

I want to thank everyone that has been so faithful and believed in the project, in reality this release is for you and with any luck you'll see it develop. As I mentioned on the store page I missed the boat on early access which I feel would have been more appropriate.

I have had a couple of messages R.E the current state of the game and will endevour to make it playable in the least. To that end I have today uploaded a patch that fixes a particular bug. Please do inform me of them as and when you find them as it'll be useful to me to squash them.

Thank you once again.

P.S at some point I hope to do the cards and achievements, but one thing at a time!

Not able to purchase in Australia

The game is not able to be purchased in Australia. I've seen this with a few other games and its usually that they didn't add a AUD price after the addition of the currency.

Crashing at very first bridge with skellies

9 minutes into my first play through, I get past the past scene and to the bridge and when that battle starts it crashes to desktop. Any help would be appreciated, I've waited forever for this game.

Cant wait for this game to be released..

I am a diehard old-school jrpg fan, and I can't wait for this game to be released. Will definitely be one of the first ones to buy it. Dev, you have my full support! Anything to keep the jrpg genre alive!
