How to Install Arcania Patch #4.

I have downloaded the Arcania patch #4. However everytime i try to install the patch, it says "please perform the release check by launching the ArcaniA.exe".
Does anyone know where can i find this "ArcaniA.exe" file?
i would really appareciate if any of you explained how to install this.
