Poor performance, it's normal?

Hi, i bought the game yesterday due to the discounted price, but i'm very disappointed in performance; i run the game at the maximum setting @1080p and i have an average of 30-35 fps with drop to 25. Now, i know that my pc it's not powerful (8gb ram @840mhz, q8200@2,94ghz, 6850@880/1050) but i can run other game, like crysis 2 + maldo 4.0 + qmod at extreme spec with the same fps or more (40, 45 too), so the problem it's poor optimization or it's my system? Even running at the lowest setting gave me no more than 45-49fps and it's weird since at the lowest setting graphics it's horrible.

The game is very demanding maxed out, I know there was a patch that improved performance because it only used 1 core or something like that.

Hmm I am running a q9550 at stock, 4gb ram, along side a 4890, no problems here. Everything maxed out. by which im mean your gpu is better, and you have more ram, but your cpu is slower.
