LOL
Oh yes it's unquie alright. I can agree with that. That A.I really put's the "I" in A.I. oh yes! LOL Maybe JoWood thought the "I" was for idiot. LOL
Too many LOL I know but it's really that funny.
I was speaking more about some interesting effects in the engine like dynamically lit particle effects, tesselated water surface that reacts to gunfire impacts, hybrid static/dynamic lighting and shadowing, realistic glass/wood breakables engine, environmental effects (environment impacts scope ring [fog, ice, dirt, etc], emissives from bullet impacts (shoot pipes or pressured glass windows), etc. A lot of these things are absent entierly from modern games/engines. It is a sad testatment to the negative impact of console gaming.
The engine also is capable of rendering very large areas with long viewsheds with minimal performance cost. They did some really awesome things behind the scenes in the CloakNT engine, which is made even more impressive by the fact that the engine was created in-house from the ground up.
Seen it and Bought it over on GOG for $1 and it works like a Charm! Not one issue.
Plus RIGHT NOW its on GOG for only $1.74 or something like that! Cheers!
what does a 11 year old game have to do with a game that is plauged with glitchy A.I at a state of nearly broken and I'm not one to use the word broken in games a lot
