However, people seem to have found fixes on the steam forums about getting around this problem. Basic .ini file editing i believe
i really want to play 1 now :<
How did you find it?
I OWN both Dungeon Siege 1 and Dungeon siege 1+Legends of Aranna on CD
as well as Dungeon Siege 2 + the expantions all seperate on CD
and the steam versions don't have the expantion sets, period.
Ofcourse we all agree Dungeon Siege III is utter crap and just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ console game, that had the name Dungeon Siege tagged upon it lifting under false pretence with the name of a once great series.
Actually, no, we don't. Dungeon Siege III was the best of the series, although I loved all of them. It had the best gameplay, best acting, best dialogue of any of the Dungeon Siege games. It was a better game than Diablo III and nearly as good am action-RPG as Torchlight II. Also it was pretty refreshing to see Hindua and Persian mythology being used as a game's cosmology for a change, instead of the usual Tolkien and/or Catholic rehash.
But yeah, Dungeon Siege III rocked, and wasn't a "♥♥♥♥♥♥ console game". Please go ♥♥♥♥ yourself.
And while I liked most of the large-party mechanics of I and II, at least III doesn't force you to babysit dumbf**k healers that constantly run forward into large crowds or hang several screens back out of range of the tanks they're supposed to be healing.
