why is the performance so bad?

i have a mid class pc but i cant play the game even on low details without vsync low shadows and just fxaa. what the hack!!!

8GB RAM
Windows 7-64bit
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (GPU 4GB GDDR5)

I have the same problem. My GPU is AMD Redeon R7 m260. It seems that it can't run on AMD GPU.
