Bro, if you have internet you can easily read reviews or even better check some youtube review. It will show you enough answer your question.
That being said.....this game actually has a number of jump scares in it. I would actually recommend that you play Observer, which is by the same developer, instead. It is very very creepy and has much better graphics, story, voice acting. It's just better all around.
The whole psychological horror thing doesn't really do anything to me. I've seen more disturbing things that any game's shown me in my dreams anyway. :p
