The Sub, how do you get it if you missed getting it the first oppurtunity?

I couldn't figure out the controls of the sub until about the end of the time limit, and I was wondering, where do you go to get it the second time? Is it still in the underground base or someplace else?

If you lose you still get a Sub. You get the "red " one. Reload a save and try again?

Where is the red sub? It's a bit after that particular sequence.

Go to Junon, pay the guy to use elevator and then run through Junon to the screen just after the big mechanical lift. Where you entered the Underwater Reactor the first time. After you get off the elevator there is a dog to the right of you on screen. Speak to it and follow it to next screen. Then you will be at a new dock with a red sub, kill the crew and take it.
