Did I get hacked?

Haven't played Rift for many months, decided to re-install it and give it another go, turns out all my characters and stuff are gone, all that was left was a level 1 character of which I am sure I never created it myself.

Always had the mobile authenticator on my account.

Did you check the region settings in the Glyph launcher?
Did you actually log into every shard, not just looked at the shard list?

If you did that, and the characters are still not somewhere to be found, contact the Trion Worlds support, and let a GM have a look at it.

Checked every shard on both Europe and North America servers but they're nowhere to be found, guess i'll contact a GM then :-/

Perhaps creating a new character on the EU/NA shards will bring something up... since it will take some time to get an answer back from the support, you might as well give that a try.

I did, but I can't remember what shard I was on in the past, pretty sure it was Typhiria but i'm not even getting rewards in the mailbox anymore when creating a new character (used to get turtle mount etc.)

Just create one on each shard, and check the character screen after that, if none of your old characters show up, move on to the next shard for the same procedure...

One other thing, you're sure that you're logged into the right account - i mean, is that your only Rift account?

I have 2 accounts, one dates back from when Rift first released but I no longer have access to that one. So I created another one about 1.5 years ago, that's the one i'm using now, the second one is also the account with the most progress and paid items on it.
