Unable to Load multiplayer saves.

I seem to be having trouble loading my friend's city when playing multiplayer.

We'll save a game, quit, then come back later and load the game. When we load the game his civ isn't there. He can click the numbers next to his name and change them between 1,3 and 4 (me, pc, and pc) but not 2 (the slot he was playing on).

Am I doing something wrong?

I had this issue right after the patch, with my 3 friends on LAN (total 4) game has begun earlier of the patch, and we could hardly continue the game after patch because of names being changed to windows name and steam name randomly (not host but other players), but we have found many workaronds for this issue aftr 2 hours. I have shared every workarounds that I've found in my site. (three of them) so that others receiving this issue can find it via goggle. Here is the link:

Those workarounds have worked for us that we could continue the game alright, but when loading game we spent about 15 minutes. (each time with a different way).
