Problem with Steam community overlay

So I dont have acces to the steam community while playing, which means no achievements from steam will pop up. I am running the game through the -DIB command. When I turn it off, it seems to work though.. Achievements are unlocked, but they wont show in-game..

-DIB command basically turns Faerie Solitarie into software driver mode (not using directx), so steam community doesn't have anything to "hook" into.
