How is the game play? Is this game a good one?

I see some patches/fixes for resolution issues. But I was wondering how is the game play, is it worth playing?

Yeah. It's a good shooter. You can also interact with NPCs, and buy/upgrade weapons. You will probably want to change the default keymap. The game does not follow the standard WASD button configuration.
