Help!

Game won't launch. I've tried run as administrator, compatibility mode, and I even put opengl32.dll in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Kingpin" but it still won't work
Here are my specs.
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3110M CPU @ 2.40GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (3.89 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

Nope. It just says "kingpin.exe has stopped working" And i updated the driver too

Few things you still could try:
- Remove the opengl32.dll (Don't deleted it from youre computer, put in back where it belongs) in youre kingpin directory
and try one of these:

- Remove compatibility mode should not always be needed.
- Rename kingpin.exe to kp.exe windows got some weird wrapper detection build in.

- Try a other version of the Intel HD Graphics 4000 drivers there could be a bug in one of those
- Reinstall Windows :( (Game should just work by default)

I have an HP with same specs but an i7 with an Intel HD 4600 and FREDZ comments helped. All I did was download the gldirect from SourceForge:

unzipped this in my downloads folder, went to the:

\gldirect5_opensource\gldirect5\bin\release folder in my downloads directory and dragged the opengl32.dll file to the:

Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kingpin folder (where the Kingpin.exe file resides)

Fired it up and it works like a chrarm!!!

Not sure what FREDZ meant by removing the opengl.dll in the Kingpin directory, as mine didn't have one in it, (unless he's talking about the one you put in). If so, just replace it with the one in the gldirect package from SourceForge. I'm thinking it might just need this version of opengl and not a newer one, (but that's just a guess, haven't tried anything else since it worked this way)

Glad I could help! Now I just have to get back up to speed so I can take mrdamage52 up on his offer, (though 9pm UK is 3pm my time, just have to open up some ports on the firewall at work and take a late lunch)

Don't worry about getting up to speed just come join the fun. There are players of all skill levels play :)
Ppl play from all over the world so pings go from about 25 - 340 or so. All servers have anti-lag now so that helps high pingers :)
