Dear Fans,

we are very thankful for your feedback and your reportings!

To simplify the process of bug reporting and of course fixing you can help us with sending in your problem!

Therefore please send a mail to "[e-mail]" with the following information:

-Problem description?
Please write down a short description what problem you encountered.

-How serious is your problem?
Please let us know how this bug affects your game/gameplay. Is it a game breaker/blocker?

-Reproducibility?
When does your problem show up?

When sending in your mail, please attach your savegame file, your log files and a screenshot/video that shows your reported problem! Also a dxdiag file could help.
That is very important and will help us to quickly find a solution!

And the Dxdiag can be aquired by entering Dxdiag in your windows search field (press the windows button and type in Dxdiag). The Click the search result :)

Hey alemilan,

did you make sure that you gave access to the my documents folder ? The game will try to save its files in there and therefore it could prompt this message if you don't gave access to it. Try to run it as an admin :)
