Sensitivity Issues

Honetly for how old this game is it looks really good in 1920x1080. But when i set everything up my mouse has a hard time looking around. Its making playing the game a little difficult. Sensitivity is all the way up and im running in the correct format. Any solutions?

had the same problem with my mouse. I now use a PS2 gamepad hooked up via a converter and works fine

I guess ill just have to use my ps3 controller then. :) Thanks

try toggling vsync. that seems to help a lot of different games.
