I had already did it all but I wanted the equivilant of a new game + also you find out alot of stuff like if you use confusion grenade on oleander he mentions mr bun

That's a easter egg you notice if you took advandage of an actual glitch. There are little glitches hidden in alot of games as well as easter eggs and to do things in a specific order or press specific keys and difined times in the games unluck them so technicly you are unlocking part of the game, not cheating. when you down load a patch that upgrades everything for you and gives you all of the abilities thats cheating.
