Could you post a screenshot? Just to check if the game on your PC is rendering everything.
Possible solutions I can think of:
- try changing the resolution and the other graphic options
- wait for the developers to respond
- try doing it blind. Here's how, roughly:
Keep in mind that you are almost always in the exact middle of the screen.
Walk down-left for a second, then left until the camera angle changes.
Walk up-right until you seem to hit a wall (= almost don't move), then up until the camera changes.
Keep walking up until the camera changes again.
Go left until the middle (vertical) band of the screen is free, save for a coffin-like shape (turned horizontally)
Go back (down) a little and try and jump over the coffin, then walk up until the camera changes again.
Keep going up. On your right there should be a toilet-shaped shape, the plunger should be on top of the seat. If you don't see it within one second of walking, go right a little.
When the toilet is in the middle (vertically) of the right-hand side of your screen, jump while moving right.
When you get the plunger, save and reload instead of trying to walk out.
Hope it helps, somehow.
(Especially, I hope the game is rendering the props I mentioned)
