Does Oleander's military persona and background only exists in his mind? As in it never happened? The first vault you find in his training level seems to point to it all being a fantasy of his anyway, but once you find the second vault behind a mental cobweb it shows him being rejected for every military branch because of his weight and short height which pretty much negates any merit of the first vault.
