*possible spoiler glitch*
in the quest Sahas advanced training, the cutscene after you blast the first censor isnt happened, do i have to start a new game?

Have you tried going up the the blue health drop? Have you tried reloading the autosave?

iv tried reloading multipal times, the blue health never drops

Did you save earlier? You may have to go to an earlier save. Also, Verify the Game's cache. You can do that by right clicking the game name, select local files, and verify local game cache.
