Emergency fix to matchmaking

In order to counter a denial-of-service attack, we’ve switched over to our own matchmaking service. Please report any issues with matchmaking in the Bug Report sub forum. We’re also looking at ways to secure our Steam matchmaking implementation from such attacks in the future.
