Here's what we know so far...

Map- A Chinese hospital.

Killer- His/Her power is to shock the survivors.

Survivor- Seems like a technician or something.

The killer might be chinese related because the map is a chinese hospital

I doubt that killer will be woman. Last time we had Hag so :) Mans time coming

judging from the power leak and the laughter in the video my bet is that the killer is going to be another female

if you listen to it closely you can see the voice is leaning towards female
ofc i cant compare it to any other killer because the only sound they make is grunting

Isn't it a little early to say that the power is a let down considering we don't yet know exactly how it works?

Isn't it a little early to say that the power is a let down considering we don't yet know exactly how it works?

Don't forget - it's only power.
Perks might be something to worry about.
We know that one of the Survivor perks is about not exploding gens upon failing skillchecks.
Rumours had it, new perk for Killers will also accelerate gen destruction

I believe it debuffs survivors somehow. In that clip they showed us there was an icon with a red circle and a triple arrow pointing downwards. Makes me think it's a speed debuff, maybe that's why the Meg was crouching instead of running – would've been obvious if she would be running at a decreased speed and the last thing the devs want (or the marketing guys in this case) would be to reveal the killer's ability to its full extent.
But of course, it's all just speculation.

Also the figure they showed us looks more of a manly figure then a feminine
