The gameplay and contents are identical.

Changes:
- Dual language English/Japanese switch in the game.
- Window resizing option.
- Steam Integration (Achievements, Cloud Saves!)
- Better works with modern controllers and particularly Steam Big Picture.
- Cleaned up the pesky white border around all the sprites.
- edit: Oh yeah, Linux version.

You can even use your old saves by copying them into the game's savedata/ directory.

Same here. I was gonna ask this question too. I'm hoping to see this on more places like GOG since they're planning on making their own client.

I had totally forgotten but a certain sheepish stage was made a little bit easier.
So the DLSite version is DRM-free but will not be maintained further and the Steam version is the definitive version of the game at this point?
