Rusty Hearts will NOT open. :c

I've played this game fine before, a whole 9 hours. It was working fine and dandy. One day, I had to clean out my PC, thus, deleting this game. I re downloaded it, patched it, and hit play, ready to enjoy my game once more. I was faced with an error considering a .dll file, so I downloaded the file, put it into the game file, and tried again. It keeps saying/naming all these files that need to be put in there, so I gave up. I un-installed, reinstalled, and it did the same thing. I've tried restarting my computer and it just didn't work... Does anyone have and help/ideas?
