How to login?

Well i downloaded this game to give it a try but when im at the login screen i input my Perfect World account details and comes up "invalid login details", so then i go the Perfect World account to check and i can login fine on their website.
On their website says this game is one of the few Perfect World games that cannot use the email as a login username, so how exactly do you login, i mean the Perfect World account login username is the email.

Anyone can point me on the right path?!

the solution
is:
you created a account in perfect world but, in the game the user is another and the password its the same than the perfect world profile, doit this, change the Password when perfect when you do it in the Perfect world profile we go on the notifications Prfect World that send in E- Mail (hotmail G-Mail ectt) the notification say the name of the real user of the game and will ask you to open a link to verify that you changed the password, but here comes the real name of a user in Rusty Heart, mine profile is within perfect world, Kneakera but Rusty Heart is hurtbadsan.
