Active or on the Decline?

I use to play a few years ago, I found myself missing Forsaken World. I was just wondering how large the player base is. Is it still active and somewhat full or is the player base on the decline and not really worth me playing?

Phone/tablet version is way more active than the current pc version, pretty much game didnt change much for the last 2 years. Developing of the game is going to very wrong direction, which makes it unplayable at least in EU servers,dont know about the US ones, but for example 6 months ago (i think) there was a live radio event on soundcloud and there were 84 listeners...
About the pvp-arena, at least what i heard from players still in-game they actually fighting their alts to get pvp armors and reputation, so i guess is pretty much dead game.
