Video freezes for the game, but I can hear the game still playing in background
I've been trying to play through Kona and all was going well for the first hour or two, but now I'm getting random freezes that happen increasingly often, like within a few minutes of opening my save file and getting to playing. The frames glitch for a second, and then freezes completely but I can hear my character still walking and opening cabinets and such in the background. I have to force close the game at that point. I tried a few basic steps like turning down the graphics a bit, updating my graphics card drivers, verifying integrity of files, etc. It's getting difficult to play and even after searching online I couldn't really find anybody with the exact same problem, so here I am.

Thanks ahead of time to anybody that can help.

Hello!

Sorry you encountered this issue. I know it happened to other players, especially on Linux. For Windows, this is usually linked to corrupted save files. To be sure, could you send us your Save folder by email at support@parabole.ca ?

The folder should be located here: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Parabole\Kona

AppData may be hidden, so make sure to unhide all folders first. Also, you will have to zip the Save folder in order to send it by email. As soon as we receive it, we'll investigate and try to repair it, if necessary!
